Danny Zoller

Mr. Zoller is currently the Director of Corporate Development for VisaNow.com where he is responsible for the evaluation and analysis of new market opportunities, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.

From June 2006 through April 2008, Mr. Zoller was a Managing Director and the Chief Operating Officer of Astor Financial, LLC, a financial services firm dedicated to investment management services through onshore and offshore investment partnerships and separate managed account vehicles.

From May 2000 to June 2006, Mr. Zoller was a Principal at Sterling Partners, a private equity firm focusing on buyouts, venture capital and real estate, with primary responsibilities including business development, acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances and legal oversight for Sterling Real Estate Partners’ and its affiliates’ fund and transactional activities.  Prior to joining Sterling Partners, Mr. Zoller was a Partner with the law firm of Arnstein & Lehr in Chicago, where he specialized in corporate, finance and real estate transactions.

From 1994 to 2004, Mr. Zoller was a Co-Founder, Director and Officer of a Chicago-based fashion company focused on designer contemporary market selling directly to boutiques and through private showings in Chicago, New York, Los Angeles and Houston.  Mr. Zoller also currently serves as the Managing Principal of a 35 year old investment company focused on traditional and alternative investments.

Mr. Zoller has extensive relationships with the Chicago investment community.
