Lori Tedesco

Lori Tedesco is an attorney and the founder and Managing Director of Leopard Capital Consulting, a venture capital consultancy focusing on the formation of early stage ventures and growth equity investments in developing enterprises. Ms. Tedesco is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and Connecticut and has been living in the United Kingdom since 1995.

Prior to founding Leopard Capital, Ms. Tedesco was legal counsel to several early stage ventures, has served as a legal consultant to UK law firms specializing in venture capital and small capital market transactions and in addition, has served in compliance and fundraising capacities.

Ms. Tedesco began her career at the New York law firm of Dewey Ballantine (now Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP), where she practiced for seven years in the Private Equity and Real Estate Groups representing asset managers, fund sponsors and pension funds in connection with a wide variety of alternative investments.

Ms. Tedesco holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. in Politics and History from Wake Forest University, magna cum laude. Her other academic honors include Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Sigma Alpha and Phi Theta Kappa.
