Rush McCloy

Mr McCloy has been a Pacific director since February 2010 and co founded Channelstone Capital in 2005 to buy and build microcap companies, Rush built his professional career in entrepreneurial management, finance and military service. Rush is an officer in the reserves and recently returned from Afghanistan, where he served a year tour and was awarded the Bronze Star.

Immediately before partnering with R.T., Rush worked in the private equity industry for Allianz Capital Partners in Munich, Germany. Rush started his career in investment banking and then in derivatives origination and structuring for JPMorgan Chase Securities. Rush subsequently founded and ran Epache, Inc., a knowledge management software company.

Rush received his M.B.A. from the Wharton Business School, where he received the Paul Green Award for Knowledge Creation, an MA in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with honors, and his BA from the University of Virginia.

Rush founded and sits on the board of Students4Students, serves on the board as finance director for the Ubuntu Education Fund, serves on the Executive Committee of Deerfield Academy, is an active member of the American Council on Germany and runs marathons around the world to raise money for pediatric cancer research.
