Regional Director - San Diego

Regional Director - San Diego   La Jolla, CA

The Regional Director - San Diego has responsibility for sourcing financing transactions in commercial and residential real estate throughout Southern California and nationwide, as well as local and national financing partners and resources. Transactions include property acquisitions, development, rehabilitations, recapitalizations, and repositions of all commercial property types and high end residential properties. Financing resources include capital advisory, equity, debt, mezzanine, and bridge capital. This is a non-salaried independent contractor position. Joint venture contracts with established regional operators will be considered.

Regional Director - Las Vegas   Las Vegas, NV

The Regional Director - Las Vegas has responsibility for sourcing financing transactions in commercial and residential real estate throughout Nevada and nationwide, as well as local and national financing partners and resources. Transactions include property acquisitions, development, rehabilitations, recapitalizations, and repositions of all commercial property types and high end residential properties. Financing resources include capital advisory, equity, debt, mezzanine, and bridge capital. This is a non-salaried independent contractor position. Director - Acquisitions

Director - Acquisitions   Beverly Hills, CA

The Director - Acquisitions has responsibility for identifying, analyzing, and transacting commercial and residential real estate opportunities throughout Southern California and nationwide. Projects include property acquisitions, development, rehabilitations, and repositions of all commercial property types and high end residential properties, with a focus on small to intermediate multi-family and luxury SFR. Candidate must be a CA-DRE licensed Real Estate Agent with excellent people skills and 5+ years of experience in transaction processing and proficiency with MLS, transaction, and project management software (we will train). This is an independent contractor position. Joint venture contracts with established regional operators will be considered.

Manager - Social Media Marketing

Manager - Social Media Marketing   Beverly Hills, CA

Manager - Social Media Marketing  is a contract position overseeing the creation, implementation, and management of the social media strategy for the firm and contracted clients of the firm. The Manager will advise on large-scale proprietary social media projects, and manage the ongoing operations of these projects. Experience in creation and implementation of social media and influencer marketing strategies is required, including advertising revenue research and modeling. This is a non-salaried independent contractor position with a very high six-figure potential revenue share compensation model. Agency applications will be considered.

Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant   Beverly Hills, CA

The Executive Assistant, reporting directly to the Executive Managing Director, has responsibility for administrative support for the EMD and other Management Committee staff. Our projects include property acquisitions, development, rehabilitations, and repositions of all commercial property types and high end residential properties, with a focus on small to intermediate multi-family and luxury SFR. Candidate must possess excellent administrative, organizational, and people skills, with 2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or similar function, with proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, financial software and concepts, and project management software (we will train). This is an independent contractor position.
