The Capital Advisory Division provides a gateway to non-bank, equity/debt fund, agency, offshore, or private capital which can be deployed quickly, efficiently, and cost-effectively for the purchase or development of real estate assets. We employ innovative and technology-driven strategies to deliver fast, flexible, efficient, and cost-effective capital to our clients. Our financing services include capital structuring, equity, mezzanine, and debt placement, including EB-5, offshore equity, crowdfunding, and a wide range of private capital equity and debt sources. We also provide resources for business equity and debt capital on an arranger basis.
We advise clients on appropriate capital structures for a wide variety of commercial projects, both acquisition and development, which may involve a combination of debt, joint venture or preferred equity, and mezzanine debt components. Clients are then able to leverage our broad array of capital resources to fund the structure in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
Joint venture or preferred equity, as well as mezzanine placements, are available for most property types, depending on the particular capital structure.
Bank, non-bank, debt fund, and private money loans are available for a variety of commercial real estate projects, including mixed use, office, industrial, medical, professional, hospitality, retail, residential, and many other project types.

For every client engagement, we follow a strict process that ensures that we understand the project, the request, and the circumstances and needs of the client before formally engaging, and that we are confident in the likelihood of a successful outcome for the client.
Collection, evaluation, and discussion of due diligence information with the client is critical in understanding and determining viability of the project.
Our standard Engagement Agreement defines our role and fee compensation, which is always performance based. We do not work on any project without a signed Agreement.
