Doug Blair is the Managing Director of the Acquisition & Development division for Pacific Capital Partners, and a member of its Management Committee, with oversight responsibility for all real estate acquisition, disposition, and development activities of the division. Doug is a highly experienced real estate project manager and developer, with decades of experience acquiring, financing, and managing substantial commercial and residential development projects. He is a veteran Construction Manager, and provides strategic oversight for all internal development staff as well as external General Contractors for the firm nationwide. Doug also provides financial budget oversight for all development projects.
