His experience covers a broad range of industries and asset classes including manufacturing and service sector companies, law firms and litigation finance, media, entertainment (music and film), real estate, restaurants and hospitality, sports, private equity, intellectual property, collectables, fine art, restricted stock and hedge fund LP interests.
His specialized areas of expertise include unitranche, mezzanine and bridge loan credit facilities; entertainment, intellectual property, ESOP's, private equity loans, loans against alternative investments, asset based loans, and all wealth management credit products.
