Eric Gottlieb is a Co-Founder of Pacific Capital Partners and Senior Managing Director of Asset & Brokerage, while managing the firm's Northern California office in San Jose, CA. Eric is the Co-Chairman of the firm's Finance Committee, and plays a key role in managing the strategic direction of the firm on an ongoing basis. He is the Broker of Record for the firm, and is responsible for oversight and management of all real estate acquisition and disposition activities. Eric is also the firm's primary liaison with third-party broker-dealers and outside real estate brokers. Eric also maintains primary responsibility and provides critical oversight and regulatory compliance for the firm's asset management functions, including Wealth Management and Insurance brokerage.
