Caleb Grodsky is the Managing Director of Strategy and Operations for Pacific Capital Partners and a member of its Management Committee, with primary responsibility for company strategy and oversight of the firm's 18 offices nationwide. Caleb also oversees all aspects of the firm's operations, including legal, human resources, marketing, information technology, and security. Caleb is also a practicing attorney, and manages the relationships with all strategic and legal advisors to the firm.

Caleb is a graduate of UCLA and Pepperdine Law, and as Managing Attorney for the Grodsky Law Firm, has practiced law in the areas of real estate, corporate securities, and intellectual property.
