Scott also serves at the Regional Director of the tri-state New York region, including New Jersey and Connecticut. Prior to joining the firm, Scott founded and managed Harrell Consulting Group, a financial consulting firm. A Marine Corps Veteran and retired police officer, his career in the private sector has revolved around financial consulting, emphasizing risk assessment and management. His success has come from his unique perspective and approach to implementing solutions while prioritizing the interests of clients, stakeholders and financial partners.
